Terms of Service — CoinLoot

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CoinLoot (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. One account per person is allowed.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Earning Rewards

You can earn virtual coins by completing offers, surveys, watching rewarded ads, and other activities offered in the app. Coins have no cash value until redeemed. The current conversion rate and minimum payout are shown in the app and may be updated over time.

4. Reward Verification & Reversals

Rewards are credited only after our partners confirm a valid completion. We may withhold, adjust, or reverse coins that were credited due to error, chargeback, reversal by a partner, or fraudulent/invalid activity.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

Create multiple accounts or use another person's account.
Use bots, scripts, emulators, VPNs/proxies, or any method to fake or manipulate offer completions.
Provide false information to complete offers or receive payouts.
Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or exploit the Service.

Violations may result in forfeiture of coins, suspension, or permanent termination of your account.

6. Payouts

Once you reach the minimum balance, you may request a payout via an available method (e.g. PayPal or gift cards). Payouts are subject to verification and anti-fraud review and may take time to process. We reserve the right to request additional verification before releasing a payout.

7. Third-Party Offers

Offers, surveys, and ads are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or crediting rules of third-party offers, though we will help resolve missing-reward disputes where possible.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraud, with or without notice.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoinLoot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
